This Privacy Policy explains how Pelletier Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the $100M Logic website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Information you provide. The messages and prompts you type into the Service. If we offer accounts or subscriptions, this may also include your email address and billing details (processed by our payment provider).
Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data, collected to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We use information to: provide and operate the Service; generate AI responses to your messages; maintain security and prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting by IP address); process payments if you subscribe; communicate with you; and understand and improve how the Service is used.
To generate responses, the messages you submit are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, which processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. We also use a hosting provider (Vercel) to run the Service, and may use a payment processor for subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.
Your conversation history is stored locally in your own web browser (using your browser's local storage) on the device you use. It is not stored on our servers. This means your history stays on your device, and clearing your browser data will remove it. Messages are, however, transmitted to our AI provider at the time you send them in order to generate a response.
The Service uses your browser's local storage to remember your conversations and preferences. We may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the Service. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though doing so will remove your saved conversations.
We share information only: with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our AI, hosting, and payment providers); to comply with the law or a valid legal request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We retain automatically collected and account information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Chat history retained in your browser remains until you clear it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including serving the Service over HTTPS and keeping API credentials on the server rather than in your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You can delete your locally stored chat history at any time by clearing your browser data.
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
The Service may be operated from, and information may be processed in, the United States or other countries whose data laws may differ from yours. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
