The Service does not provide, and is not a substitute for, professional advice. Content generated by the Service is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of it. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service.
Responses are produced by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may misattribute quotes or ideas. Do not rely on the Service as a sole source of truth. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. Quotes and references to real individuals are AI-generated interpretations and may not reflect those individuals' actual statements or views.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
If the Service offers accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable recurring fee. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying prompts, models, or code except as permitted by law; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our permission; or (e) submit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the messages you submit. You grant us a license to process your inputs as needed to operate and improve the Service, including sending them to our third-party AI provider to generate responses. Do not submit confidential information or personal data you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.
The Service relies on third parties, including OpenAI (which processes your messages to generate responses) and our hosting provider. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
